LH Tenant Membership Application 2021

Admittance to the Swim Club and 30 Regent pool in 2021 will require a member badge with photo ID which must be presented when visiting the pool. Membership in 2021 will be free for tenants, but you are still required to apply for this no-fee membership.

 Step 1: Application

Take a selfie with your phone or upload a current photo from your Mac or PC, to be used on your membership badge. The photo should be clear, passport style with a clean background. Do not wear a face mask. Do not submit photos of you with a group of people.

Children 5 and under do not need to submit a photo but will be required to have a membership badge.

Any erroneous information may delay the processing of your membership, and Property Management reserves the right to request a new photo if these guidelines are not met.

Step 2: Review

Once the application has been received, the information will be reviewed by management. *Only tenants of Liberty Harbor who are on the lease are eligible for membership.* You will receive an email from [email protected] if more information required to complete your membership to the Swim Club at 30 Regent.

Step 3: Badge

Once your application is complete and photo submitted, your card will be produced and you will receive an email from [email protected] when it is ready to be picked up. [If you lose your badge you will be charged $10 for a replacement]. You will be required to sign a seasonal waiver upon picking up your badge.

 Attention! When your lease expires, so will your membership card. You will need to contact Property Management once your lease has been renewed.
