Pool Membership 2022 Application – Homeowners and Condo owners – No Fee

Admittance to the Swim Club and 30 Regent pool in 2022 will require a member badge with a photo ID which must be presented when visiting the pool. Each household member must submit an application and payment in order to receive their yearly badges.

*Please note: if you are a tenant of a homeowner, the same fee will apply as with household members. Indicate in the form below that you are a tenant of a homeowner.*

Step 1: Application:

Fill in all sections of the application. Please double-check your application for accuracy, before you submit it.

Take a selfie with your phone or upload a current photo from your Mac or PC, to be used on your membership badge. The photo should be clear, passport style with a clean background. Do not wear a face mask. Do not submit photos of you with a group of people.

Any erroneous information may delay the processing of your membership, and Property Management reserves the right to request a new photo if these guidelines are not met.

Fees: Each household member is requested to submit a membership fee.

Adult residents ages 18 and over: $51.75 for the season

Residents between the ages of 6 and 17: $26.03 for the season

Residents ages 5 and younger are free for the season

Step 2: Review

Once the application has been received, the information will be reviewed by management. You will receive an email from [email protected] if more information required to complete your membership to the Swim Club at 30 Regent.

Step 3: Badge

Once your application is complete and photo submitted, your card will be produced and you will receive an email from [email protected] when it is ready to be picked up. You will be required to sign a seasonal waiver upon picking up your badge. [If you lose your badge you will be charged $51.75 for a replacement].
