LH – Pool and Grill Rules – 2022 Season
The below Pool Rules must be followed by all residents and guests for our pool and grill amenity areas, to ensure your comfort and safety. An attendant will make frequent inspections of the pool deck to ensure everyone is in compliance with the pool regulations.
HOURS:
Operating hours for the deck, grills and pool are 9am-9pm.
Pool closes at 9pm for Maintenance (chemicals in use) absolutely no swimming. Swimming is prohibited after stated pool hours.
The Pool Season is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year.
POOL RULES:
Pool access: The Pool and Grill amenity areas are only available to current residents of Liberty Harbor who have signed up for the 2022 seasonal membership, including their guests (two per resident).
Guest policy: Each resident will be allowed to bring two (2) guests.
All guests must register name and host family’s name at the 30 Regent concierge to receive admittance to the pool facilities at 30 Regent or 333 Grand. Guest passes cost $5 each are valid only for the day purchased. A signed waiver will be required before admittance to the pool/deck. The resident host must be present when receiving pool guests at the building lobby. A log will be maintained for outside guests. Guests must be accompanied by a member of the host family for the duration of their visit. The host must remain at the pool with his/her guests. The host is responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of guests.
- No alcoholic beverages are to be taken to the pool area and decks! There are no exceptions. Individuals under the influence of any substances are also prohibited at the pool and grill amenity areas. This is to guarantee your safety and that of your neighbors.
- No glass bottles or glass containers are permitted in the pool, pool area, and decks.
- No food or beverages are allowed in the pool or at the pool perimeter.
- No pets are allowed.
- No lifeguard on duty.
- Children under the age of 14 cannot use the pool without an adult in attendance and must be supervised at all times.
- Swimming is at your own risk.
- No multi-person rafts and/or tubes are allowed in the pool.
- No running, no diving.
- Liberty Harbor is not responsible for lost and or stolen items in the pool area.
Any violation of the pool guest rules will result in immediate revocation of pool privileges for the remainder of the season. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave the premises.
GRILL RULES:
To ensure every resident has an enjoyable time with our amenities, see the following rules for the Grills which will safeguard your comfort and safety.

Grill Access:
The Grills are only available to current residents and their guests (two per resident).
- Grill reservations must be requested via BuildingLink. There is a limit of two (2) hours per reservation.
- Resident(s) will only be allowed to reserve ONE grill per reservation.
- Each Resident will be allowed to bring a maximum of TWO (2) GUESTS. These guests must be accompanied by the resident(s) at all times while at the outside decks and pool deck area.
- PLEASE CLEAN GRILLS AND UTENSILS AFTER USE.
- All no show reservations will be automatically cancelled within 30 minutes after reservation start time!
- NO GLASS BOTTLES or GLASS CONTAINERS are permitted in the pool area and decks.
- Absolutely NO PETS are allowed in the pool at all times. RESIDENTS WILL LOSE THEIR POOL PRIVILEGES INDEFINITELY IF THEIR PET ENTERS THE WATER.
We ask that all of our residents follow the guidelines above. Our staff will make frequent inspections of the pool deck to ensure everyone is in compliance with the pool policies and no unauthorized people are in the building. Please provide them your relevant information when requested. These procedures are for everyone’s safety. RULES & CONDUCT*
- Any person showing evidence of any communicable skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharges, or any other communicable disease shall be denied admission. 2. Any person with excessive sunburn, open blisters, cuts, or bandages shall be denied admission.
- Do not enter the water if you are experiencing or recovering from diarrhea or have had any signs or symptoms of a gastrointestinal (stomach) disease in the past seven days.
- All children in diapers must wear diapers specially designed for immersion in water (such as swimming diapers). Do not wash out soiled diapers in the bathing water.
- Children should be encouraged to use the restroom before entering the water. Immediately report any “accidents” you observe in the bathing waters to a lifeguard.
- No animals, except for service animals, shall be allowed in the swimming pool, wading pool, hot tub, or spa area, dressing rooms, or other parts of the enclosure.
- Glass containers shall be prohibited in food and drink areas.
- All persons shall shower before entering the water.
- Conduct which endangers the safety and comfort of others shall be prohibited. 10. Outdoor bathing shall be prohibited during an electrical storm.
- Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be prohibited from entering the water.
