Research suggests that this mindfulness practice can help reduce stress\, improve well-being\, and decrease aches and pains. \nWeek 3: Loving-kindness (Metta) for oneself \n\n\nLearn how to cultivate self-love\, compassion\, and acceptance for oneself. This also helps in increasing positive emotions and quieting the inner critic.
