We can learn to show up for challenges\, change\, and adversity with a greater sense of peace and equanimity. Also perfect for preparing for the seasonal shift \nWeek Three (10/21/19): Healing Light Visualization Meditation\nIncredibly relaxing and healing as we scan the body for obvious points of tension and learn how focusing our full attention on the different body parts helps us relax and release. This also helps us focus on ‘what is’ in the present moment without judgment \nWeek Four (10/28/19): Grounding Meditation\nFeel connected\, centered\, focused\,and grounded through the breath\, body scan\, and a visualization connecting us to the earth.
