How Noisy is the Jersey City Condo Building?

The noise level is an important question to ask the neighbors about. Are there a lot of children living in the area? Is there a musician in the complex who likes to practice at three in the morning? If you are a student trying to focus on schoolwork or a professional bringing work home, it might be hard to concentrate in a noisy building. Find out from neighbors first if there is a great deal of noise in the Jersey City condo building.
