The Townhouses, Brownstones and Townhouse-Suites along River Street, Grand
Street and Liberty View Drive are completed and homeowners are moving in to
their units. River Street, Liberty View Drive and Tidewater Streets have
been paved, tress planted and front door cameras are installed.
The Sutton building (aka Limestone), the 8 story yellow brick building with
the large bay windows located in the middle of the picture has scheduled
closings for November 15th. From this view you can see the large club house
and recreation center with its hipped roof to the left of the 8 story
section.
The Loft building located in the middle right of the picture will be
receiving its façade of different shaded color panels in November with
occupancy set for December.
Just beginning, located in the bottom right of the picture, is the footing
and foundation for the 9 story residential building which will complete the
first phase.
Plans already have been approved and architects are working on the building
plans for our second phase, which will be on the south side of the Light
Rail tracts. Construction is scheduled to begin this coming summer.
